BACK-ORDER
Products that are backordered will be shipped as expediently as possible. Please contact us if you do not want us to ship any backorders.
ADD-ONS
Orders for all stock items received by 12:00 noon will be shipped within 72 hours. If you need to call back and add on to your original order, the items added on may be treated as separate orders even if placed the same day as the original order. The sales representative will determine if the add on can ship with the original order or if you must again meet our minimum order policies. Additions received after 10:00 a.m. the day following your initial order will be treated as a new order, unless your initial order has not yet been processed.
PRICE CHANGES
Most of the prices will remain unchanged. However, due to unforeseen market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.
VERBAL ORDERS
Verbal orders can cause shipping errors. In order to avoid these types of errors, we strongly urge you to place your orders in writing or online. For your convenience, we will provide you with an ordering form, just ask your sales representative to mail or fax one to you. Your written order can be mailed in, faxed or e-mailed. Your written order will guarantee you will be shipped what you ordered. Of course, we will continue to accept verbal orders, if this is your preferred method of communicating. However, shipment errors resulting from any orders taken verbally will be an expense you will be responsible for (see RETURNS AND CREDITS).
RETURNS AND CREDITS
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order. All claims for returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods by calling the sales representative listed on your invoice. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. At the time of your call, if your representative authorizes your return, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on your return label. Failure to include this RMA number on the returning pieces will result in a delay of processing your credit. All merchandise returned must be in good saleable condition and in its original container. Every container should be sealed properly. Finally, credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandised.
DAMAGED & SHORTED SHIPMENTS
Merchandise that may arrive to your facility damaged must be received and documented correctly. Failure to sign a bill of lading “damaged” and/or “shorted” for goods that shipped, voids your right to claim compensation from the trucking company and Bekah’s Naturals/Global Herbs & Essences.
Processing a claim for merchandise shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) requires us to conform to UPS’s claim policy. Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original container with the product inside until a UPS representative has inspected the damages. Retain the UPS inspector’s documentation, and forward a copy of it to your sales representative. We will then begin processing a claim with UPS. Full credit for damaged shipments is subject to our Returns and Credits policy. Be sure to contact your sales representative within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise when a damaged shipment incident occurs.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Unless previously approved, all orders must be paid prior to shipping. Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, check or money order made payable to Bekah’s Naturals. Return checks are subject to a $30.00 fee. All merchandise ordered is payable in U.S. funds.
FINANCE CHARGES
A maximum finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed to any past due balance.
WHOLESALE
A copy of your firm’s Resale License/Retail Merchant Certificate from your state must be on file prior to shipping. At the present time, wholesale orders may not be placed via our website.
DEFINITION
Certified Organic (CO) essential oils have been extracted from components grown organically.
Pure Grade (PG) essential oils have been determined to be pure and natural and not containing synthetic chemicals or non-natural adulteration components.
Wild Crafted (WC) essential oils have been determined grown in their natural environments.
All of our essential oils are highly concentrated aromatic organic substances which are steam distilled (StmD) unless otherwise noted.
LIMITATION OF PRODUCT LIABILITY
We employ a number of quality control checks before we ship you your order so that errors are kept to a minimum. When a mistake is made, we will be monetarily liable for the error limited to, the sales cost of the merchandise we shipped to you and the freight charges. On receipt of your merchandise, please check the goods carefully.
Our clients rarely experience problems with the product we ship to them. Yet, we feel it is extremely important to emphasize, we are in a partnership with you. Both Bekah’s Naturals and your quality control contribute to the success in the ordering and processing procedures.
SHIPMENT POLICY
Orders that ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express Ground (FedEx) require your signature for delivery. If you would like to waive this requirement, please let us know. Most orders will ship within 72 hours of receipt but may take up to 2 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders completed and not shipped within 72 hours of placement are cancelable without incurring restock fees. Incomplete orders are cancelable without penalty. Completed orders and shipped orders are subject to our Returns and Credits Policy. Customer pickups are also subject to our Returns and Credits Policy.
ONLINE STORE USE
At this time, our online store is only capable of retail orders from the continental US. We are unable to process wholesale orders via our website. Also, any orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US cannot be placed via our online store. We apologize for the inconvenience. |
